Personal account

 

Registration of a personal account is possible in two ways:

  • Automatically, when creating a reservation application on the website
  • Manually, through the "Registration" section

Upon completion of the application or after manually registering on the website, you will receive a separate email with login information for your personal account - a link to activate your personal account and a temporary password if you registered during the application process.

The first time you log in to your personal account, you will need to change the temporary password.
If you do not remember the password you entered when you registered on the site, please use the password recovery form here.

If this is your first time logging into your personal account, you will need to activate your account using the activation link provided in the email sent after you created your application, in the payment instructions email, or in the site registration email.

 

Cannot enter your personal account?

When you enter the site, you may receive one of the following notifications:

  1. Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
    This notice means that you are not registered on the website under the specified e-mail address or that the login/password data has been entered incorrectly.
    Check that the data you have entered is correct. Spaces are not allowed in fields, and data is case sensitive.
  2. Login denied! Your account has been blocked. Pease, contact our support service.
    If you have successfully entered your account before, please contact our support service. Perhaps for some reason, your account is blocked. The support service will help you to solve this issue.

  3. Your account is not activated. Account activation link and login instructions has been sent to your email after you have completed the registration form.
    If you are visiting your personal account for the first time, you need to activate your account using the activation link, that was sent in the letter to an e-mail after creating an application, in the letter about registration on the website.
