The UMNR procedure is a special service provided by the airline for unaccompanied children over 5 years of age, which includes supervision and escort by company employees.

According to the rules of HiSky Airlines, the category of unaccompanied children includes children, citizens of the Republic of Moldova, aged 5 to 18 years old, who fly unaccompanied by adults. Unaccompanied children, citizens of other countries, are included in this category in the age range from 5 to 12 years.

The cost of the escort service for children is 50 euros per flight segment.

The service can be provided only upon prior request confirmed by the airline, which is submitted before the purchase of the ticket and no later than 48 hours before departure.

If the parents of children, citizens of other countries than the Republic of Moldova, aged 13 to 18 years old, request the escort service, the fee set by the airline is also paid.

Unaccompanied minors can only fly on direct flights.

Upon departure, the parent or person accompanying the child to the airport must sign the Unaccompanied Minor Form (Handling advice) at check-in and remain at the airport until the flight departs. Upon arrival, the child will only be handed over to the persons named on the Unaccompanied Minor Form (Handling Advice) completed at the airport of departure after their identification has been verified.

HiSky only accepts dogs and cats for carriage with the prior consent of the airline. Pets are transported only in the aircraft cabin in special cages/containers.

The Airline does not accept large animals for transportation in the cargo hold of the aircraft.

The weight of the accompanying animals, including the weight of the cage and food, is not included in the free baggage allowance.

The weight of the cage should not exceed 8 kg, and the dimensions should not exceed 115 cm .

The cost of transporting animals in the aircraft cabin (PET in cabin) is 50 EUR per flight segment one way.

Special, animal-friendly containers must be used for transportation. Transportation of animals is permitted only upon presentation of documents confirming the origin and vaccination of animals required by the countries of the final point of arrival and transit.

Passengers traveling with pets must arrive at check-in at least 90 minutes in advance. This is necessary in order to complete all formalities related to the transport of animals.

To clarify the possibility of issuing the service of transporting an animal in the aircraft cabin, no later than 48 hours before departure, send a request to our e-mail indicating the offer that interests you.

Guide dogs are transported free of charge subject to these Conditions of Carriage. The responsibility for the carriage of animals lies entirely with the passenger, who must be responsible for the availability of all necessary documents. The carrier is not responsible for the illness or death of animals in case of refusal to import them into the territory of the country of arrival or transit. Thus, the costs of keeping an animal at the airport of arrival or transit are fully borne by the passenger.
