SunExpress (код IATA: XQ; ICAO: SXS) – is a Turkish airline based in Antalya.

 Transportation of animals on SunExpress flights

SunExpress airline only accepts dogs and cats for transportation on board.
Each flight has a limited number of animals that can be transported.
Information about the necessary documents and rules for the transportation of an animal should be clarified by the passenger independently in the relevant services.

Transportation of an animal in the cabin - from 350 PLN
- Maximum weight - up to 8 kg (including container)
- Container dimensions: length 55 cm, width 40 cm, height 23 cm

Transportation of an animal over 8 kg in the baggage compartment - from 500 PLN
- Special waterproof containers that ensure air circulation and are protected against leakage

Transportation of children and infants on scheduled flights by SunExpress

Categories:

• Children up to 2 years of age - infants - may travel sitting on your lap. Infants are issued a regular passenger ticket without the right to a separate seat in the cabin.
• From 2 to 12 years old - child - when purchasing a ticket for a child, a regular passenger ticket is issued. There are no additional discounts, children have a separate seat in the aircraft.

Unaccompanied minors on SunExpress flights:
- This service is available on request for children from 5 to 16 years of age.
- Fare - from 325 PLN per child, one way

Passengers should check the rules for crossing the border of the departure/transit/destination country for minors and the required documents and airline rules for unaccompanied minors - on their own.

Pre-ordering meals on SunExpress flights

SunExpress offers a wide variety of delicious, freshly prepared meals that can be pre-ordered 60 hours prior to departure.

This service is not available on all flights.

Check-in for regular flights of SunExpress airline

Online check-in is available and free of charge:

• Check-in begins 72 hours prior to departure
• Check-in closes 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time

Attention: If you do not check in online, you will have to pay for check-in at the airport.

Check-in at the airport:

• Check-in begins – 2,5hours prior to departure 
• Check-in closes – 45 hours prior to scheduled departure time

Airport check-in is charged when booking tickets for all fares except SunPremium.
