LOT Polish Airlines (код IATA: LO; ICAO: LOT) – is a Polish airline established in 1929. The airline is based in Warsaw, Poland.   LOT Polish Airlines is one of the oldest airlines in the world, but at the same time it has created the youngest fleet in Europe, consisting of more than 70 aircraft, including 15 Boeing 787 Dreamliners, which operate all long-haul flights

LOT Polish Airlines accepts only dogs and cats for transportation on board. Each charter flight has a limited number of animals for transportation.

Information about the necessary documents and rules for the transportation of an animal should be clarified by the passenger independently in the relevant services.

Transportation of an animal in the cabin - from PLN 350* (for flights from Poland to other countries, an additional transaction fee of PLN 75 is charged).
- Maximum weight - up to 8 kg (including container)
- Container dimensions - 55/40/20 cm (length, width, height)
- Cages, soft baskets and travel bags specially designed for transportation of small animals by air, placed only under the front seat

Transportation of an animal over 8 kg in the baggage compartment - from 600 PLN* (for flights from Polish cities to foreign countries, an additional transaction fee of 75 PLN is charged).
- Container dimensions - 137/114/86 cm (length, width, height)

Categories:

• children up to 2 years of age - infants - may travel sitting on your lap. Infants are issued a regular passenger ticket without the right to a separate seat in the cabin.
• from 2 to 12 years old - child - when purchasing a ticket for a child, a regular passenger ticket is issued. Additional discounts are not available, children occupy a separate seat in the aircraft.
