1. About Enter Air airline: history, fleet

ENTER AIR (IATA code: E4; ICAO code: ENT) is one of the largest charter airlines in Europe, based in Warsaw.
Enter Air was established in November 2009. The first flight was operated on April 25, 2010 from Warsaw to the new Tunisian airport of Enfidha.
Enter Air operates Boeing 737 aircraft (23 Boeing 737-800 and 2 Boeing 737-8). The airline has its own crew training center.
The capacity of the Boeing 737-800 and Boeing 737-8 is 189 passenger seats.

The checked baggage allowance on ENTER AIR flights is:

*For operational reasons, the free baggage allowance on Enter Air charter flights has been reduced to 16 kg on routes that include the following airports
-Ras Al Khaimah (RKT),
-Cape Verde (SID),
-Fujairah (FJR),
-Salalah (SLL),
-Colombo (CMB),
-Zanzibar (ZNZ),
-Dubai (DXB, DWC).

Passengers traveling on Enter Air charter flights on the same route may combine their checked baggage, but the weight of one bag must not exceed 32 kg (120 x 100 x 80 cm).

Important! Before paying for your ticket, check whether your ticket includes your checked baggage or only your hand luggage..

Transportation of animals in the cabin on Enter Air flights.

ENTER AIR accepts only dogs and cats for carriage on board. Each flight has a limited number of animals that can be transported.
Passengers should check with the relevant services for information on the documentation required and the rules for transporting animals.

Important notice! Pets are not permitted on ENTER AIR flights to/from Ras Al Khaimah (RKT).

Transportation of children and infants on Enter Air charter flights.

Categories of children:

• children up to 2 years of age - infants - may travel sitting on your lap. Infants are issued a regular passenger ticket without the right to a separate seat in the cabin.
• from 2 to 12 years old - child - when purchasing a ticket for a child, a regular passenger ticket is issued. There are no additional discounts, children occupy a separate seat in the aircraft.

Unaccompanied minors on Enter Air charter flights:
- The service is available upon request for children from 5 to 16 years of age,
- The cost is 375 PLN (75 EUR) per child, one way.

Passengers should check the rules for crossing the border of the departure/transit/destination country for minors and the required documents and airline rules for unaccompanied minors - on their own.

Check in for charter flights with Enter Air airline.

There is no online check-in for ENTER AIR flights and it is only available at the airport before departure, free of charge.
Check-in at the airport:
●  Check-in starts 2.5 hours before the flight departure,
●  Check-in ends 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
