Turkey returned requirements for PCR tests from 01/06/2021

From June 01, 2021, tourists from Ukraine need additional documents to cross the Turkish border.

Turkish authorities return requirement for PCR tests for passengers from Ukraine from 04/06/2021 to 30/06/2021.

The passenger must undergo a PCR test before flying to Turkey. From the moment of the analysis to crossing the Turkish border, no more than 72 hours should pass.
As an alternative, the Turkish authorities allow a rapid test for the coronavirus antigen. But its validity period is shorter - no more than 48 hours should pass from the moment of taking a sample for analysis to crossing the Turkish border.
We recommend that you take the original test results in English with the seal of the laboratory on paper.

Those passengers who have completed the full course of vaccination against COVID-19 and have an official document about it may not be tested for coronavirus. At least 14 days must have elapsed since the last dose of the vaccine was received.
Also, instead of a test, you can provide a certificate that a person has had COVID-19 in the last 6 months.

Turkish authorities will conduct selective PCR testing for coronavirus on passengers.
After a sample is taken from the person, they will be allowed to continue the journey. If the test is positive, i.e., the presence of coronavirus in the body, the traveler will be treated according to the Turkish Ministry of Health protocol.

The coronavirus test may not be done by passengers traveling with a transfer at Turkish airports to third countries, as well as aircraft crews.

We remind you that all passengers traveling to Turkey must complete the online Passenger Locator Form at https://register.health.gov.tr ​​no earlier than 72 hours before departure. The completed form must be printed or saved on a smartphone and presented at the request of representatives of the airlines during check-in.

Passengers without a completed online form will not be admitted to the flight.

The form can also be checked at the border of the Republic of Turkey. If you do not fill out the form or have knowingly entered false information, you may be subject to administrative sanctions, as well as banned from entering the country.

Completing the online form does not apply to international transit passengers.
The online form does not apply to passengers under the age of 6.

All passengers traveling abroad must have a valid medical insurance policy with them. In the current epidemic conditions, insurance should cover the treatment of COVID-19.

You must check the general rules for crossing the border yourself at the embassy of the country of destination.
